The University of Connecticut is seeking innovative and cost-effective solutions to the provision of student housing at UConn Avery Point, its historic waterfront campus on Long Island Sound in Groton CT, to be occupied on August 1, 2025, August 1, 2026 or August 1, 2027. The successful Respondent is anticipated to be an entrepreneurial company with a focus on community development with sufficient financing and a strong development track-record to assist the University with meeting its student housing needs.
