The University of Connecticut is seeking proposals from qualified hotel developers and operators to design, build, finance, own and operate a new ground-up hotel on the Avery Point campus in Groton, CT. The University desires to ground lease existing land for the hotel development, and post-development, to enter into an operating cooperative arrangement in exchange for annual rent on a ground lease.
